you are going to think i'm nuts, but I use box cake mix and diet pop. it's still moist therefore it lasts longer and just as sweet but minus a LOT of calories ;) I use dark pop for dark cakes and light pop for yellow/white cake mixes. :)

I have NO IDEA! I just watch my fat intake and sugar intake and BOOM! I'm losing weight and inches everywhere while eating between 1300-1700 calories a day...

before pic on the left I was at 210# (BEFORE THREE KIDDOS), picture on the right was taken yesterday at 154# and I have 24# to go! Add me if you would like a kick in the *kitten* once in a while!

surgery. otherwise don't give up and like stated above, it will eventually come off. you have to eat clean and exercise like crazy.

I have completed the insanity program 2 times now, but currently I lift weights in the gym and sub insanity on the days I can't get in an hour long run or workout into my day. I still see results, but I have 26 pounds to go. Bottom line, congrats and make sure you get your free t shirt!!! keep moving!!! :)
