I keep a bag of Dove dark chocolate squares in my desk at work. 1 is 42 calories, so I can usually fit 1-5 in my calorie allotment!

Just calculate the latte as part of your breakfast! If it's your daily pick-me-up, you'll just need to account for the calories and macros, or whatever pieces are important to you!

Have you tried melatonin? It's a supplement that helped me get my sleep schedule back on track. Also, for people who have trouble sleeping: your bed should only be for sleeping and sex. This way your body knows that when you get into bed at night it's time for sleep. No reading, watching Netflix, etc. in bed. This may help…

My favorite is romaine and spinach with corn, sun dried tomatoes, and goat cheese. Sometimes I'll substitute black beans for the sun-dried tomatoes when I need to spice it up!

Hardboiled eggs make great snacks! You could omit the yolk if you wanted to. Have you tried any protein bars? I'm sure you could find nut-free ones on the shelves somewhere!

I've also tried putting it in foil with some butter, lemon, and herbs and then baking it! Didn't know it was called en papillote, though! Now I do.
