I have been working out eating healthy almost 4 weeks. I started at 185. I lost 2 the second week almost 3rd. So this week I weigh myself again and lost 5. Total 7 pounds!

You are totally right! I just started a few weeks ago and my hubby and I also tell the kids to join and they love it. After my surgery i got unfocused and lazy. I gained weight and felt comfy. Not a.
