I respect your research but I have to tell you, I break all of these rules and hi have a very high success rate with using my air fryer and enjoying the end products. Here is a air-fried crispy Mac and cheese that I made with leftovers that I sliced and breaded with panko.

@snowflake954 -yum! I love soup. I know I’m cheating with this, but I had two huge cans of Italian green beans that I purchased right when there were food shortages when the pandemic hit hard. I had to make something so I made a crockpot Italian green bean and potato stew with fresh herbs (thyme, parsley) and topped it…

My smoothies are usually @300 - 325 calories for 24 ozs and I use it as a tool to get at least two servings each of fruit and vegetables as well as antioxidants and fiber if I combine ingredients correctly as well. Also since this is a meal replacement for me, that calorie allotment works for me. I agree that you can stack…

I love smoothies, but I’m not a big fan of dairy or even nut milks. This is my smoothie from today- frozen Blueberry, frozen mango, celery, grape tomato, Chia seeds, ground cinnamon with flax seed, squeeze of fresh Lemmon, water, ice - This lasts all morning and I sip it at my desk and by lunch - I’m still not starving yet.

This is my favorite appliance – I’ve had mine since February 2020 and I use it no less than twice a day. I bake individual muffins, cake, and breads, I make veggie fries and fritters, I bake fish and meatballs, I toast and warm bread, I reheat leftovers, I’ve tried it all with a 95% success rate. Here are some tips: -Cut…

Wonky week where my gym partner is off site(we work together and keep each other accountable) and another remote colleague is in town-translation evenings out. Here's my plan:* Healthy Lunch-stay away from the gross salty chicken * Get up 3 times today and take…
