Ainsley Harriott's Low Fat Meals in Minutes - this is a 2007 cook book but the meals are amazing and very simple. Also I dip in and out of the 'Clean & Lean diet cook book' by James Duigan (but i do find his meals sometimes a bit expensive) Have fun!

SLEEP! Take care of your body as sleep deprivation is no fun. Exercise in the evening if you can or like above use the day as a rest day and swap your routien about.

New to the group and excited to find a group that may actually help me get my head and body sorted. I'm in a binge/restricting hole and my weight has shot up to 71.8kg / 158lb (I feel awful about myself) I want to get back down to 57kg / 125lb. I'm hoping if I change my mind and thought process and how I see food it will…

Yep, me too - I'm currently at 158lb and idealy want to be down to 125lb. I over eat and feel rubbish so eat more and lose all motivation so have a glass of wine or two and then decide to start the day a-new 'tomorrow' but don't plan and so eat the 'wrong, quick snak' foods and all my good intentions go out of the window!…

Oh my goodness - thank you so much everyone for your advice and ideas. It's helpped me see things in a more postive light and by reading ideas here I do have more options than I though :smile: Planning is certainly key and spilliting meals is a good solution to stop cravings. Thank you. x
