I do okay with food cravings (mine are usually hot wings) during TOM, but I'm always more sluggish. The first few days I'm usually in a lot of pain so I just try to do relaxing exercises like yoga, walking, biking or even just stretching and a few dumbbell exercises at home.

Thanks, everyone! I use a HRM to measure my calories because I KNOW how inflated the counts are on here, but I definitely think I'll stick to what I'm doing now and just listen to my body.

I gave up soda for two years. I found easing myself off of soda with Crystal Light and teas really helped. Eventually I cut out the Crystal Light and stuck to herbal and iced tea. I am also in the process of giving up soda again! Good luck.
