Not to mention that yesturday I ran my first 5km (time 27 :11) and was somewhere in the middle (not that it is very good but still) and when I was in highschool I bearly ran 300m.

161 sm , 48 kg, workout every day for 1 h and am usually at approx 350-400 deficit ( I usually eat approx. 1300 cal most of the days or something like this). I think that it works out for me.

Yes def 2000 is too,too much and 1000 cal maybe if u do 15 km marathon

Depends how often do u do it, do u feel sore after that or have muscle strain and do u eat enough.Because u can not eat 1200 cal and burn 1000 cal, you will burn out.

Thats a hard one since I am in lot of stuff :D Sometimes I like techno,electro, Calvin Harris, David Guetta,Flo Rida, then I want to listen to 90s hits then it is Keny West or hip hop.

They both are true.Yes, I have run but do I count it as something serious ? ....no. Since I was not that fast , I am not so sure how accure my calculation of speed was then and I didn't do it for long. nvm I have got the help I needed.

I don't run at all I only do calisthenics with weights at home, I don't have background at running.Only last summer I have run for 1 month and this month for 1 week but that doesn't count. I am new at this.

Ok thank u ! (btw I don't have background in it) So how long should I run a day ? Should I run every day and should I combine it with interval training or strenght training ? And should I run the day before race ?

It is a good way to get your protein and carbs after workout :)

I eat 100 plain oatmeal with no sugar added( I boil it with water ) and eat it with a fruit (apple,banana,grapefruit or something else) every day after workout.
