25 km run on Sunday ( 05.04) and 1 km sprint ( 4:25) most resent accompishments

I am currently running around around 8-10 km every other day, 5 km race every Saturday and I am prepearing for the 100 km duathlon in Vitosha in June- I will run, I will walk, I will crawl but I have to make it !!! soo I need to start running mor but I am scared to f up my knee again :(

I love lentils soup too but I make it thicker and put more olive oil

Also in addition of buying new running shoes do some cross training ( joga, swimming,cycling)

A couple of other suggestion which I get from runners when my knee was hurting : 1 ) visit orthopedist 2) eat more avocado 3) rest until it stops hurting 4) the earlier u do something about it the less u have to rest 5) elastic bandage and Perskindol befor running 6) Deep Relief 7) it could be a pinched nerve in your back…

The reason I run every day ( or every other, depends how I feel my legs) or that I want to sign up for the 100 km duathlon in June is only to prove something to myself. The key to sucess is to never listen what others tell u u can do, do what u love and want and most importantly do it for YOURSELF !

Um...what ? :D I run...am I fat or obese ? :D Also I know a lot of very active runners and belive me they are quite fit :P (btw I ran 12 km today..... I am def obese (45 kg, 161 sm) and my muscles are def breaking down ( I ran 5km for 24:28 and the other 7 for 38 min)

just be carefull with the knees and bones and don't push yourself too much too soon

The advice is to stop smoking and start increasing running, start maybe with tredmill 3 times per week, then start running outside, running uphill or on sand will be pretty challenging when smoking so u will have to stop it,kickboxing will also help and swimming.
