When I'm low on protein, mozzarella or cheddar wrapped in ham--roughly 130-160 calories (lots of sodium though)
Diana's Banana Babies-130
1-50-cal Bronco tortilla +salsa + cheese + cooked chicken, microwaved for 30 seconds (too many variables to count accurately here, but it's high-protein)
Broccoli slaw with nacho toppings like beans, cheese, guacamole, salsa (tried this when I had no chips one night, the slaw is only 25 calories so I've continued to do it)
When I'm low on fiber, a salad of two or three kinds of beans + rosemary + oil/vinegar (or bottled vinaigrette). Also a good side dish.
Honey wheat pretzel sticks dipped in peanut butter. Not a low-calorie snack though.
I also prep produce when I come home from the store so I don't have any excuse to reach for chips over peppers and carrots.

Laughing cow pepperjack cheese + 12 pita crackers or 10 saltines = 155-175 cal
PB2 + chocolate rice cake = 105 cal
Parmesan & herb popcorn = 340 a bag, but I usually share with boyfriend so half
So yeah. The top two are my go-tos. I wish I had more variety lol.0 -

I work in a supermarket and they sell salmon jerky, but it's a dog treat.
I usually get Greek yogurt on my lunch breaks. I can also eat chips/carrot sticks and hummus all day. I like nuts, jerky, edamame is pretty good too. If I'm in the supermarket, I like to pick up Morningstar Farm veggie burgers. The faux chicken patties are good, but the Mediterranean chickpea burger is the best veggie burger I've had. So good and a good source of fiber too.0 -

what's a water biscuit?
It's like a cracker0 -
I made up a snack last week of a sliced banana with 2 tbsp of peanut butter dollaped on the slices. They look like little canapes. The PB makes this snack fairly high calorie at about 200 for the PB (I use regular non-'light' PB) and 100 for the banana if it's a medium/large one. But it's VERY filling and can easily be breakfast as well as a snack. Something I can make up quickly if I find I haven't eaten enough that day.0
