Yeah my thoughts exactly :D What isso bad in treating yourself from timeto time, especially on your birtday....if u think nonstop about cal and that something will make you fat you will get crazy... and we aren't here to get crazy right ? :D

I usualy eat oat flackes boiled with water, fuit and pine tree honey for breakfast ( approx 400 cal), maybe 100 g of boiled chickpease with tomato sause ( again around 400 cal) and dinner salad with 100 g whole grain bread, or some stew (potato stewlentils, beans or some veggie soup)

If you need more fats just eat nuts,seeds (better raw or baked not fried) and avocado.

Since I am vegan I don't put milk and I can not afford to buy rice or almond milk (tho I wish) , I eat plain rolled oat flackes,boiled with water with apple (usually) or some other fruit,banana is great option and very,very rear with pine tree honey ( max 20 g).

You can cook the peppers with onions and tomato sause and garlic in the oven and eat them with whole grain bread or make stuffed bell peppers with rice or chickpease , you can also make salads with cucumbers,tomatoes,bell peppers, yellow corn and quinoa.

Big butt,small butt,big breasted or small, red hair,blond,black etc.....what does it matter ? Why is everyone so obsessed of it ? It is all about how you feel,doesn't matter the shape or skin color. You should love you for you and for the person you are not some physical charectaristics !
