I know what you mean about toast making you feel heavy. For me I'm usually in a hurry so I make myself a shake. I can sip it at my desk at work and don't feel heavy. So, either "green" which is spinach, berries, 1/2 an apple, protein and almond milk. OR "citrus" which is 1/2 and orange, a carrot, some frozen mangos and…
