    The banana/egg pancakes are okay (I probably won't make them again) but you have to know going into it that they will NOT be pancakes. They will more closely resemble oddly textured French toast that is covered in bananas. I went into it thinking "oh, low calorie, high protein things that will taste just like pancakes!" If someone had warned me, maybe I would be more okay with them.

    Mug cake, cookie, brownie...mug anything. Taste is ok but it's not the same thing at all. Certainly not a replacement for the real thing.
