I eat eggs practically every morning but I am dairy free due to severe lactose intolerance. I tried the vegan approach a few years ago and loved to make scrambled tofu (as an egg substitute) with added green veggies (typically high fiber = low net carbs). There are also a variety of low carb/ high fiber wraps and breads…

No longer hate shopping for pants... at my heaviest I was a size 17-18 (34-36 waist). On st. Patty’s day I wore a size 0 (25 inch waist). This time last year I was between a size 4-6 and only about 10 lbs heavier. It’s amazing the changes your body can make without much change on the scale!

I’ve lost around 120lb total, over the course of 7 years (lots of off and on dieting, as well as year long plateaus). I was lucky enough to have little/ no loose skin up to this point, but time will tell. I use firming lotion (even if it’s effects are minimal, at least I’m keeping my skin hydrated!).

First thing in the morning ;) I used to do weekly weight ins, then biweekly, but now that I am so close to my goal I have decided to only jump on the scale once a month... stay tuned for Jan 15th! Lol

Cardio? Incline treadmill between 15-30%. Flutes are literally on fire when I’m done ;)

I like Celsius heat or regular Celsius energy drinks... natural and made with green tea. Works for me for the extra caffeine boost to keep me going (I’m a 3rd shift RN so I’m usually exhausted). Otherwise, good old black coffee/espresso ;)

I am dairy-free pescatarian (due to allergies to beef, pork, poultry, and dairy) and have been sticking to low carb (trying to stay under 45g total) high protein (trying to reach 90-100, doesn’t always happen). Feel free to add me, my diary is public :) some days it’s definitely easier, and I do get a lot of my protein…

Keto is definitely not for everyone, including myself. I try to stay under 60g carbs/day (this includes fiber) and find that works for me. I also don’t eat meats (I eat fish) and absolutely no dairy (allergy) so I increase my protein from plants to make sure I get complete protein but I don’t always hit my goal. It’s been…

I make hardboiled eggs by the dozen and eat them through the week. It's easy, quick and healthy! I also make egg white omelets in a muffin tin (Google the recipe, you can add all the veggies you want!) Just a quick 30 seconds in the microwave and I'm good to go!

Egg white, tofu and a cod filet helped me reach my goal today! (And then some!)

Not sure if you are a drinker or not, but I gave up alcohol for the month of April because i too was dealing with a pretty mean plateau... I didn't change anything else (except maybe I missed couple of workouts due to a crazy busy schedule) and lost an additional 10 pounds! Hope this helps :)

I have switched to green tea most days, but when I need the extra jolt I drink black coffee. I try to eat as clean as possible and creamers (esp low calorie/low sugar/low cal) are filled with ingredients that I can't pronounce. I feel better, my skin is more clear and my hair has never looked better! If you need coffee and…
