This is me, two years apart in the same shirt. For a long time my diet consisted of just buying a bigger shirt. I am not doing that anymore.
I am down from 319lbs to ~227lbs depending on the time of day,
My first goal weight is 200lbs and I started in June, so I hope to reach my first goal that by April 2018.
Please forgive the sloppy appearance in my progress photo, I just took it. And forgive the dirty room in the background, there's a reason for that but that's not a story for here. Unfortunately, that room is the only one with a full length mirror.
My diary is always open of you want to take a look.
And remember, no zero days. Even if you only do one push-up the whole day, it counts as doing something.
Feel free to friend me or ask questions, I am an open book.

Thanks! I've been at this since June of this year. I've been make minor changes since the, trying to figure out what works best for me. I log everything I eat, and exercise at least 5 days a week cardio and strength training.
When it warms up again, I will no doubt be walking at least 6 miles a day. I love walking and being outdoors. This winter has already been so hard in terms of my fitness routine. I mean, I begrudgingly do it, but it's just not the same as being outdoors.8 -
