  • Not sure if it helps but I always add beans (black, kidney or chickpeas) to my salads to get extra protien. I am vegetarian not vegan. I also make mock tuna salad with chickpeas as well. My diary is open and boring if you want to look.
  • My diary is open, I eat vegetarian and my "movements" are very regular.

  • Log it and move on. 1 meal will not destroy you. If you feel that bad you can always exercise the calories off:) A quote I like: Nothing tastes as good as health feels.
  • Do you have a friend I coworker that could count calories - D I E T is a four letter word in my mind- with you? Sometimes having someone to go along with or be aaccountable to is a great help. Same with lots of motivating strangers aka new friends on here. My diary is open if you want to add me.
  • All that really matters is that you way yourself at the same time. So if morning is what what you choose then go for it. :)

  • You are welcome to look at mine. I just made some kick as mini meatless loves topped with mashed potatoes for dinner tonight and they are super low in calories under 150 each if I remember correctly:) I still eat cheese and eggs occasionally
  • Popcorn works well with " spray" butter. I also drink a lot of flavored fruit tea with a touch of splenda for sweetness. Frozen blueberries are another snack I like as they take longer to eat:)
