Confusing

I'm finding this all confusing and overwhelming!! I've never had to watch what I eat but I know on hindsight how important it all is. I'm wanting to lose 15 lbs but the scale goes up . I've always heard your true weight is on the morning.

All that really matters is that you way yourself at the same time. So if morning is what what you choose then go for it.0
