I agree with sodakat get rid of your big clothes. You do not need them. They do not fit and do not work for your new smaller body:) Hit the thrift or consignment stores and get yourself a few new things to get you through to the next stage. You are worth some new clothes. You deserve them:) Congratulations on your weight…

You need to do it for you. Cook what you want for dinner and he can eat it. Eating health won't hurt him:) Figure out what motivates you. For me I do not want to be the "fat mom" I want and am an example for my girls. I aspire to be someone they can look up to. Another thing that motivates me is running. If you asked me…

I LOVE Bikram yoga. It is amazing. The best and only yoga I practice anymore. 90 minutes and the only speaking is do e by the instructor. It is the original hot yoga. The same poses every class yet every time you find/feel something new. Can't say enough about it :)

I wish you and your brother well. He is lucky to have such a supportive sister. Keep up the good work and can't wait for him to join us on here.

Maybe this is a tad b$%@hy but nothing feels better after a bad breakup then coming out of the other side showing them how amazing you look! 15 pounds is fabulous! ! Give yourself some credit. You sound like you are starting to get your mono back so keep up the good work and cut yourself a break. You are worth it.

I have epilepsy. I have only been diagnosed for 3 years. The side affects of my meds are almost as bad as the siezure. So my neurologist and I decided to lower the dose of my meds by half. I started MFP as a way to cope with the withdraw symptoms. I was terrified of gaining even more weight as I withdrew from the drugs. I…

There are lots of great Yoga workouts on YouTube. My personal favorite is Bikram yoga. Jillian Michaels also has a good one. I would try a few and see what style of yoga you like there before purchasing a dvd. Alternatively you could see if your local library has yoga dvds that they lend out. Good luck. As for running. I…

I am also on meds that make me tired (topirimate) I used to drink diet coke to combat the effects but stopped. It sucked in the beginning but I drink lots of water and find exercise helps too. I also need 9 or10 hours of sleep a night. Not sure if that helps at all. Good Luck.

How about asking for half your meal to be wrapped before you get it? Also drink a full glass of water before your meal arrives to help fill you up:) I also read the menu online before going to make sure I can order appropriately.

Make sure you are logging everything. Tastes, licks and nibbles add up too. Weigh your food if you are not already and drink your water, it really helps. Also if your diary is not open open it so that other members can look and help you out. Keep up the good work.
