Hi
I've just started my journey and have already thrown my back out.. I can't do my weights or boxing. Does anyone have any tips for me please about stretching exercises for my back and any other things I can do while my back fixes itself please?? Thanks heaps... Feel free to add me if you want..

Hi there! My advice is to watch your diet and let yourself heal properly- with diet changes you will still be very successful. In the meantime maybe just walking. Good luck!0

I have read articles that talked about a study that showed uphill inclined walking/hiking works the back better than things like back extensions. I am not sure what grade of incline they studied. What part did you throw out?0

The sciatica on my right side went and then I think I pulled a muscle on the lower left side.. I went back to weights too soon before it was healed0
