SEEKING ADVICE!

hey everyone hope yall are having a wonderful day
I have always been over weight I've weighed in the 200 since middle school I recently tiped the scales at 256lbs and decided enough was enough I started the Atkins diet and watched my calories closely only eating 1300 calories a day the first to weeks were great I lost 13lbs but it hasn't moved lately I don't strength train only cardio so I don't think it's cause of muscle I was hoping anyone could suggest things I might be doing wron or that could help
I also would like to start to work out regularly with stringy training as well but don't no where to start
Any suggestions?

Make sure you are logging everything. Tastes, licks and nibbles add up too. Weigh your food if you are not already and drink your water, it really helps. Also if your diary is not open open it so that other members can look and help you out. Keep up the good work.0
