  • Hi, back on 5:2 since start of year, did really well last year but regained all but 15lbs, fast days depend on work sifts and I can do two together but prefer one at a time, I regularly swim on fast days and dont find it too hard, but fast day today and woken up hungry, oh well lots of tea today then

  • I use mine as an easy way to get extra veg in, spinach, carrot, apple and ginger is a favourite and if its a fast day (5:2) it counts as a meal. I have added yoghurt which makes it rich and satisfying
  • and there's me thinking that popcorn is a healthy substitution from chocolate, unfortunately now addicted to sweet and salty popcorn, but it's high in fibre!
