It's so easy to fall into the couch potato syndrome after being away from it awhile. I know, I've been there too. I just had to make up my mind that this is what I wanted and get my butt up and do it. It didn't take long to get back into it again but yeah, you just really have to push yourself to start. I'll share your journey with you if you'd like! I'm still a work in progress but at one point I hit 240 lbs....and decided enough was enough. Slow and steady wins the race!

You need to fuel your body throughout the day so you're not starving by dinner time. I have found that when you can fuel regularly (or as often as you can anyway)…

Hey there! At one point I was up over 240 lbs. I tried everything too and one thing I can tell you, the low carb, high fat deal isn't the way to go. It might work for the duration but go ahead, eat some carbs and see what happens. LOL I learned that one the hard way too. I have changed my macros and honestly don't remember…

Hi! It certainly CAN be a struggle sometimes. What it is that you struggle with? Healthy meals or meal planning? Or is it snacking?

Your friend has to have their diary settings set so that friends can view it. Once they do, you should then have the option to VIEW DIARY.
