Back again needing all the motivation I can get!

I started back a few days ago at 182 lbs I'm bigger than I have been in a very long time! Ever since I hurt my back I can't seem to make myself get out of the chair! I'm disgusted with myself! I'm doing my best to get started again eating right and walking .. I used to walk an hour every day and loved it!

    Keep walking, and force yourself to work out (safely). Soon it will become a habit.

    It's so easy to fall into the couch potato syndrome after being away from it awhile. I know, I've been there too. I just had to make up my mind that this is what I wanted and get my butt up and do it. It didn't take long to get back into it again but yeah, you just really have to push yourself to start. Remember why you started in the first place. One day at a time. Just do ONE good thing for yourself today. And then do it again tomorrow. :)
