I have tried Keto but for some reason I can’t stick with it.. I worry about the fat intake. I scares me. I need a better understanding. Any ideas?

I feel you on all points! I too am starting out again, this time I can not and will not give up until I reach my goal. I seems like a long way to reach it and days may seem impossible but. I will not give in to being the happy chubby girl any more!
