Have you set the calorie goal on the dashboard for loss? You can set it to different levels e.g. mine is set to medium which is 500cals less per day to lose 1lb a week. To lose 1.5lb would be the 'hard' bracket which is 750 cals less per day

I just got the HR today. The surge just seems too bulky and is basically only a couple steps down from a smartwatch which isn't what I wanted. Not worth the extra, even though I run!

I'm pretty anti-v-day! However new relationship and he asked what we should do.....now booked for an overnight stay in Cambridge. Nommy afternoon and night in the hotel ;) followed by walking around Cambridge on the Sunday haha

I use Sci-Mx Pro-vx powder. I find it pretty good. I am lactose intolerant and seems to be fine with my stomach
