I love my fit bit charge, but how accurate are they? Should I relie on it? I've put I want to lose 1.5lb a week and it allows me to eat est of 2000 or more a day, I am active, gym 3/4 times a week walk to and from work, active job etc... the calories seem to high?? I love my food so I don't have a problem eating them lol x

Have you set the calorie goal on the dashboard for loss? You can set it to different levels e.g. mine is set to medium which is 500cals less per day to lose 1lb a week. To lose 1.5lb would be the 'hard' bracket which is 750 cals less per day

Yeah I've set it to 1.5lb loss a week first week doing it so I'll give it a couple more weeks for my body to adjust x

I have the flex and mine is set for .5. The amount of calories I'm allowed on my fitbit is less than I'm allowed on here, and I have mfp set for .5 too.

I don't know how accurate it is. I still eat at mfp levels since I have lost 41lbs without a fitbit. I just got mine at Christmas
