I generally weigh everything raw for ease. I would take the higher weight just to err on the side of caution.

I can gain/lose over 7lb randomly for fun. I'd not worry about it. And I weigh once a week. As long as my overall trend heads downwards I try not to get too upset about the odd few that don't move/go up a bit.

Surely it's all in portion sizes? I can have anything for dinner and not feel stuffed so long as I don't eat too much of it. Last night I had a muffin with cheese, 2 poached eggs, coleslaw and a salad. I make soup and find those very filling without making you feel blergh.

I do not think a thia green curry is gonna be a thai green curry without it to be fair but these things are good to know and its fun to experiement. Oddly i hate coconut.
