For me drinking loads of water really helps curb things. Doesn't suit everyone I guess but it's my 'go to' snack now (if that's the right word!).

I have quite severe PF (combined with heel spurs) and cannot run or put any sort of excessive pressure on either of my heels. Ops and injections have all failed to resolve so I am limited to low/non impact exercise. For me rowing (indoor) was the saviour! Cycling and swimming are also acceptable, but not my thing. Good…

For what it's worth I'll chip in my own experience... It sounds like you've got breakfast and lunch sorted fine, similar to my own. Also, I've effectively been eating TV dinners as my main meal for the last 18 months. I think the key is to make sure they are good quality, well balanced meals. I'm a lazy/terrible cook so I…

Oh no! They've dropped the Cranberry bars! :worried: Had to be one of my favourite snacks...

Hi Carolyn :) Sounds like you're doing a great job already - Well done! As mentioned above I'm still using DC and very happy to continue with them. Good luck! B)

Hi Sam - I've been using Diet Chef for 17 months now and love it. Will also be continuing with them for the foreseeable future! Lost over 100lbs and loving the food & ease of it. The 100lbs went in around 11 months and I'm now focusing on 'recomp', although still using DC. Would wholeheartedly recommend - Good luck :)

As I work from home I simply have a jug (approx 10 glasses worth) which I fill in the morning and work my way through during the day. The first couple of weeks took some effort (toilet breaks(!) but these soon reduced) but now it's just the norm. I known I'm feeling the benefits and it really does also reduce the tendency…

Hi Amy - I've been with DC for 16 months now and still getting on great. The selections and convenience really suit me so I'm sure I'll be with them for a long time yet. So far I've lost just over 100lbs :) Good luck, sounds like you're going to have great success!

Hi Germaine and thank you for your kind words :) CICO has really been the vital key for me and one which I've never really got to grips with before. Fortunately for me I'm a little spoilt as I work for myself from home so I can fit in my rowing as time allows. Even then it's not easy though. However my natural body clock…

As I'm at home most days I simply fill a jug with my daily amount and gradually work my way through it during the day - if it's empty at the end of the day I know I've had my 'quota' :)

I disagree with above... subject to a couple of suppositions...(and without any stats available) Destiny, presumably you were already at a certain fitness level prior to the gain, otherwise army ROTC would probably not have been of much interest to you and IF your weight gain has only been very recent (i.e Xmas binging…

Hi Malene :) I think boredom can be a real issue but with a bit of trial and error you should find something that works for you, it's worth it! I've found a good pre-workout can really help with focus. Although it may not be of great use to you as you already have a superb machine in the C2, I thought I'd just mention this…
