I did it years ago and definitely saw great results, especially in my abs. I thought level 2 was actually harder than level 3. I can't do it now. I'm old with knee problems but good luck and I hope you enjoy it!

I make homemade popcorn or a cheese quesadilla usually.

I love workout dvds. I try to do at least 20 minutes every day, though I average about 45 minutes, and make sure to take at least one rest day a week. My favorite brands are the FIRM (I own about 40), Jillian Michaels and Leslie Sansone. I also have an elliptical but due to ankle injury, I can't use it yet.
