Click on Goals and then you can manually change the percentages.

Welcome back! I lost 50 lbs the summer of '05 and gained it all back. I have been on the roller coaster every year since. I started back this year on January 4th and I'm down 50 lbs. I had a rocky April and trying to get back focused the way I was the first 12 weeks of the year. Good luck!!!
