As far as I know, using the free MFP won't allow you to customize it. I don't know if upgrading it will make any change though. :)

I'm not working on insanity, but i will be going for a second round of 21 day fix starting on monday 13 :) wanting to lose 50lbs but doing it slowly and steady :)

I have a 6 year old and a 4 months old. I did one round of 21 day fix (3-week program) and worked really good for me. you don't need to be working out for an hour or more. Just 30min a day and a balance meal throughout the day will do the job. :) Anything will work as long as you put your 100% . you can do it :)

I had my baby 2 months ago. I only gained 19lbs during pregnancy but I want to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of my 1st daughter... and for that I need to lose 50lbs. :) you're welcome to add me :) ( for some reason I can't do it while using the app)
