im doing it. i just finished my first week yesterday. i dont do the diet plan. i eat plant based so i dont count calories or worry about portions. i just eat often and listen to my body. seeing results already is blowing my mind. i attribute it to food though. the program will work regardless if you eat right0

Whilst I agree that most Multi-Level Marketing things are scams and rally get my hackles up (in particular Juice Plus, Herbalife, Younique and those bloody slimming wraps) I wouldn't call Beach Body a scam - they are great and effective workouts.
Can you get other workouts for free via YouTube etc. Sure. Can you get Beachbody workouts for free via torrent sites? Sure.
I've had to block so many people on Facebook that I actually know in real life because I couldn't take anymore of their Juice Plus posts.
On the contrary I have friends who are Beach Body coaches and I am in challenge groups and not once has anyone tried to sell me any other Beachbody workouts or Shakeology nor tried to get me to be part of the pyramid scheme myself.
So as far as these things go I don't think they're so bad really and have always found everyone to be really supportive of me despite me not having bought anything via them.0 -

I will proudly come right out and say that I am a Beachbody coach. I've done P90X and I'm currently doing P90X3. Beachbody has some really great products that have changed lives all over the nation, including mine. I understand that there are, sadly, coaches out there that care more about making sales than they care about helping people regain their health. That's not what I'm about, and I can vouch for hundreds of others, who make up a challenge group that I'm part of, that that is not what they are about either.
Personally, I may recommend, but I do not sell. My priority is helping people get fit, not make money. And it always will be. Beachbody is not a pyramid scheme, and it is no way a scam. The results that people have gotten speak for themselves.
I agree that there are endless workouts that you can find on YouTube for free, from which you can get some great results. Awesome! If you want to do that then do it! Even Tony Horton has a YouTube channel that has workouts and some fantastic nutrition advice!
I'm sorry for ranting a little. I don't usually get involved with conversations like this, but it really just rubs me the wrong way when people are so quick to jump to conclusions about a program/company that has done incredible amounts of good for thousands of people.0 -

This. Becoming a Beachbody Coach was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Their emphasis on personal development has helped my confidence, positivity and resiliency in many aspects of my life. I'm also not a salesperson, nor do I participate in a scam. All of the coaches I have met have been people who have had their own struggles and want to help others, while at the same time keeping their own health on track. The 21 Day Fix and other Beachbody programs have helped people create healthy, fulfilling lives. I don't think you should knock their journeys.0 -

I am on day 6! I am only doing the videos and following my own 1200 calorie diet though. If I don't see results I may try it with the meal plan again after.0

I'll be starting soon!! Just waiting for it in the mail. Feel free to add me anyone. Please put 21 Day Fix in the message box so I don't delet the request.0
