I uninstalled the MyFitnessPal app on my phone and reinstalled it - I was then magically able to select my Fitbit as my step tracker and my steps and calorie adjustments came back!

I'm having the same issue - my exercise calories synced to MyFitnessPal for about 2 days and now they are not...my steps haven't synced at all.

I go to the gym bright and early before work a few times a week to do cardio or a boot camp class (like 5:15am early). It was rough at first, but now I love it! It definitely makes me feel more alert and like I'm ready to start my day. I'm not sure that it has helped my weight loss anymore than going later in the day, but…

They are similar. I had a Jawbone and just switched to Fitbit. I prefer the Jawbone app on my phone, but I like that my Fitbit Charge HR tracks more than just steps.

Apples, oranges, grapes, nuts, carrot & celery sticks. I second the recommendation to get an ice pack and keep it in your lunch bag - then you can take yogurt and other snacks that need to stay cold.

No clue it is new but I picked up chobani oats in the yogurt section to try!! Also - truffle Hershey kisses are out for Valentines day and are oh so chocolatey and good!

I love black bean pasta - it has a pretty neutral flavor...I usually make it and toss with veggies and a little oil. I haven't tried it with spaghetti sauce, but it would probably work that way too.

Nope - I don't get offended by what people wear to the gym. It isn't my favorite thing for men to wear to the gym, but it isn't offensive - at least they are wearing something!

I don't always pre-log but I do have my meals planned out in advance. It helps me stay on track, but I do find it hard to stick to sometimes!

Greek Yogurt, Eggs, etc. I like to make Peanut Butter Bites that also have Oatmeal, Flaxseed, Chocolate Chips and Protein Powder in them - really easy to just grab and eat on the way out the door.

I go to planet fitness just to run. There is actually another gym in the same building as my planet fitness that I also have a membership with and I go there for boot camp classes.
