Hi. I'm 30yrs old, diagnosed with PCOS shortly after I hit puberty. I'm a married, stay-at-home mother of one. I am currently my heaviest ever and looking to change my lifestyle to have a long, healthy life and be a role model for my daughter. Friend me and we'll travel this road together.

Darling, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how devastating each miscarriage is. I also had to loose weight for fertility and my advice darling is to relax. There are detours in every journey, bumps in every road - keep going. Ride a bike with your SO, walk through a nature trail with an audiobook. Stress will break you.

A slump can be terrible. But don't give up lovely! You're making this change for you. We all have to fight our demons and expectations, you reached out for help and that's exactly what you are supposed to do. Way to go for not giving up and sticking to your plan even when you felt defeated.

I'm looking to lose between 80 and 100lbs. Honestly I'll stop trying to lose when I feel healthy and comfortable in my skin suit. I'm active on the app and I'd love some more friends to help keep me going.

You know what? I know exactly where you're coming from. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 15 and never blinked an eye, never gave it a second thought until I was in my twenties. Then I got married and wanted a family. I did four rounds of Clomid - four times. We had five miscarriages. Then we decided it was okay. Get healthy,…
