I'm on a low dosage of medication for Thyroid one tablet a day and 4 beta blockers a day for the heart I am waiting on two more blood tests in the hospital and the health system here is very slow so doctor said he will assess my levels after that. I would never opt for gastric bypass at all its just not an option for me…

They said 1200 kals but I feel that is too little for me I tried it before and was sttarving I don't have a small frame so am not petite I can manage on 1500 but its a struggle alot of the time to shift weight. If I do my class and work really hard I can lose up to 6lbs a week.

Indian food is my favorite food so when I go out I order Jalfrezi and boiled rice with a poppodom on the side. I use all of the Slimming World receipes as its real food and all fresh and nothing added, its basically what I think is old clean cooking nothing processed. I use my calories everyday on here but all of my lunches and dinner meals are SW, I have chilli, curry, meat n veg dinner, stir frys, stews you name it I have it.
