Since your food and exercise diaries aren't open it is hard to give you any advice, however you might want to increase your salt intake particularly if you are exercising a lot.

While I'm still in the losing mode I use daily calories, but once I am in maintenance (12.4 pounds from now) I will go to a weekly 4/3 plan where I will be more restrictive Monday - Thursday and looser on the weekend. If that doesn't work out I will go back to daily.

You might want to consider adding protein powder to your smoothies and porridge. That really helped me increase my protein consumption. You seem to consistently be eating less than 1200 kcal a day.
