Well that explains why a set of spoons that I bought at Dollarama had a 20ml tablespoon. I threw the set out. Canada has been on the metric system since the mid seventies and a tablespoon has always been 15ml.

I am not a "bulker" but to get close to my protein goal I do use a protein powder every morning before I head to the gym.

I was a Meatless Mondays adherent before I started this lifestyle change. My diary is open so feel free to browse my Mondays. Today I am going to try the Chickpea and Rice salad that was featured in the MFP blog early last week. I will probably add smoked tofu to it. I love smoked tofu.

Two hints, always include USDA in your search and click on the nutrition information link before you choose. This has saved me a lot of correcting later.

I don't track my strength training calorie burn. Even though I use a Polar M400 HRM the calorie results vary too greatly depending how long I rest between sets, the type of exercise I am doing and the weight being lifted.
