Excellent work my friend. I have lost just over 37 pounds and also feel amazing. My only question for myself is: "What took you so long to get back in shape?"

I completely quit all alcohol for the first 7 weeks that I was on MFP mainly to decrease my calorie intake but also because I was worried about who was in control, me or the booze. I now drink on the weekends but I feel that I am in control of how much I drink. I must admit though that I didn't need that 4th beer on Sunday.

I totally sympathise with you. I also suffer from angoraphobia. If I see one of these I immediately turn into an obnoxious spoiled brat and resort to profanity to get my point accross as well!!

ABSOLUTELY!!!

I started on a Monday but started a more serious exercise regime the Friday before. I am down over 35 pounds but I imagine I would have accomplished the same no matter what day I started. That being said there is something mystical about New Beginnings and starting on a Monday. One key I found is to announce to the world…

Good for you. Keep it up!

Sorry, I have to go with no on this. When I see a male tank-top regardless of colour or pattern I immediately think wife-beater. If you want to show off your "guns" a sleeveless t-shirt works just as well. Now that I have arm muscles I will be wearing them on my walks with my dog, with plenty of sunscreen of course.

Under instructions from my doctor I take B12 and D3 and since joining MFP I noticed that although I eat a ton of fruit and vegetables I wasn't hitting my Vitamin A requirement so I now take that as well.

My daughter is recent Health Sciences graduate. Last year in an advanced nutrition course they spent a better part of a semester slagging Herbalife. She still can't drive by a Herbalife store without saying something nasty. I have lost over 35 pounds since January 5th simply by following CICO and ramping up my exercise…

I love both but I would go with the steak since it is a steakhouse.

I am a food show addict. I watch something on the Food Network almost everyday and never miss an episode of Masterchef.

I freeze black beans, kidney beans and chickpeas after soaking and boiling. That way I can cook them in bulk because it takes so long. The frozen beans can be used in any recipe that you would use canned beans. I NEVER cook them with salt.

Good for you. Quite an accomplishment.

It says mine is September 12, 2015. I just put it in my diary. I'll let you know when it happens.

I am down almost 35 pounds and seemed to have hit a plateau as well. While I don't have as far to go as you it is difficult to "stay the course" when the bathroom scale isn't cooperating.

Awesome progress! Keep going strong.

I have a nearly new Breville juicer with an extra extractor basket that I will gladly sell you. Once I saw how much pulp I was throwing out I realised that it really was a waste of good vegetables.

I weigh myself as often as I feel like but I only log on Thursdays and Mondays.

3Km run with dog, cardio at YMCA, physio for my knees, Veggie Western sandwich at Fit for Life after physio then who knows what might be on the horizon for the rest of the day. It is going to be 15C here in Toronto so will probably take the dog for a long long walk in the afternoon.

That seemed to be the most sensible route. Why replace a watch when all you need is a new HRM strap.
