And we never were friends. So the lost time in dealing with him is not something I'm gracious about.

It simply doesn't burn that many calories for most people.

In my company gossip is a fireable offense. First time we tell you we mean it. Second time take your sorry rear end somewhere else. We're too busy for that negative junk.

Walked the state fair then came home and walked the dog. Lots of walking today.

Dying on the job isn't one of my life goals.

Living with him and sleeping with him make it much more difficult for you to set boundaries with him. If you weren't so connected you wouldn't be so confused. He either gets help and takes steps to get better or you need to leave until he does.

If you weigh every five candidate you won't have time to eat and will for sure lose weight. It's tongue in cheek people don't freak out.

We left Philmont at 230pm on Sunday. Arrived Louisville Ky at 1am Tuesday. US train system doesn't compare to any first world system. Ugh

Really hot yesterday but I had to mow. I was ok for a while but then the humidity got to me. The last bit took quite a while to finish as I had to cool off and get my heart rate down. I drank a gallon of water over the three hours. Ugh

Kids came off trek yesterday. We start home from Philmont today. Train then bus then cars. The trip will take about 30 hours.

Well I've done nothing but be sick for several weeks. Bronchitis. Then flu symptoms. But those might have been the start of the diverticulitis that put me in the hospital. I'm out but I'm on two different antibiotics for 10 days then have to rebuild healthy gut bacteria over the next month. Yuck

About half sick. Yuck

Went to the doc for the annual physical yesterday . She was thrilled with my continued weight loss. Here I was apologetic for slowing down the rate of loss but she was excited to have a mid 50s patient with any loss at all. Now she's still after my fit that colonoscopy. .. :(

I won't be able to go into the back country because I won't make weight. I knew it would be a very difficult task and I have known for some time I wouldn't…

Well my exercise program got derailed by the work schedule as US tax season progressed. Then I had to recover from exhaustion. This weekend I'm getting plenty of walking as I working in my hobby at the largest chess event in the world happening in Nashville Tennessee. There are around 5,600 kids from age 5-18 playing in…

I did seven miles Saturday with a thirty pound pack. I've been walking less due to busy work schedule. Five days later still feeling it. It is what it is

Just finished US tax season. Part of what I do is prepare complex tax returns and deal with folks with tax issues. I went to work for myself in December. I'm exhausted. I've not been able to do much exercise in three weeks so now I have to get back in gear. But I also have to recover from the long hours and too little…
