Been away from the site for a while. We had a second criminal court hearing may 17. They added two more felony charges against the drunk and we met the arresting officer. The officer said the drunk was so out of it that night that she didn't know she had been in a crash. Daughter is still having neck pain and headaches.…

The selfish b---h who clobbered my daughter is charged with two misdemeanor charges and one felony. The felony will probably be plea bargained away do that she will plead guilty and spare having a trial. If she any character she'd plead guilty to all the charges. But if she had any character she wouldn't be driving so…

Drunk and impaired drivers should have no rights to drive again after conviction.

The charges include one felony but I have every expectation that will get used as plea bargain material to get her to plead guilty to the drunk driving and open alcohol container in the car which are both misdemeanor charges. In the meantime my daughter has neck and head issues that may cause problems the rest of her life.

Thanks but we are a long way from that yet. She's having issues from the concussion and neck damage. It may be a life long issue. Drunk's first court appearance is April 18. I have little confidence drunk will get punishment that is deserved.

Daughter suffered a concussion and soft tissue injuries from the drunk driver. Recovery is slow and not steady.

Healing from a concussion is slow. Some symptoms develop over time.

She didn't end up in the hospital. Nothing broken. She has burns on her hands from the air bags, bruising, pain in legs back neck and head. So it could be a lot worse but she is not ok. Also she is still dealing with the trauma of it all.

Today we found out at least the drunk driver did have insurance. But some of the delayed issues from the crash are starting to appear for my daughter.

We're not sure what injuries she has but there are not broken bones. The drunk driver is 31 and still living with parents. Parents have money but this "adult" doesn't appear to and may not have insurance. Car was 15 years old. Wonder how much mommy and daddy are enabling? ?? Do I sound angry? ;)

Problem is they take good people with them.

I'm done being stunned and now I'm just angry.

Some drunk POS rear ended my 24 yo daughter 23 February. Car totaled but daughter doesn't appear to have broken parts. Very sore and we'll see how she does over time. Drunk never slowed down as daughter was stopped at a red light. Impact drove her across six lanes of traffic but noone hit her again.

Sharp decline lately. I'm not sure where the plateau will be or if we are just spiraling down.

If you eat nothing at all for many days then you will shrink up and die. That's starvation mode.

I haven't had the flu. I've never had the flu in a year in which I got the shot.
