Last: 265.7 This: 263.4 I wasn't perfect but I tried this week. Went out for some walks. Didn’t track but I stuck to healthy foods I would eat when I do track. No stress eating/drinking all week.

I missed my weigh in last week. On top of my last post, I don’t need to say how stressful last week was. I was not productive in any aspect of my life. I will weigh in this week with a new starting point (for myself anyway) Looks like a lot of you did great! Awesome to see
