Accountability challenge I did really good with food on Sunday, swam and played lots of pool volleyball. BUT I may have drank one or ten too many alcoholic drinks ... Great great job! Also agree with your comments earlier. A planned day to treat your hard work is healthy and good for our mental health. It’s that Tuesday(or whatever) night after a bad day that turns into drink or junk food when we had a healthy plan in mind that throws us off track

That’s the plan! Gonna get up and take walks every morning. At the family bbq there will be lots of swimming and a wiffle ball game. I agree with others thoughts on this. Sometimes when it’s been raining I will do two separate 10-15 minute youtube video workouts and have always counted it as 20 minutes or more on the day
