Hi Lauren! I'm a Londoner too :) I feel like I have the opposite problem to you. On the whole I eat well, but I don't work out enough to see any differences in my body. So I'm trying to add 3 workouts a week to help me tone up!

I started a couple of weeks ago now and am trying to be really meticulous with everything I eat!! I'm just trying to eat better in general; lots of fresh food, less meat, less refined carbs and less choc!!

Wow! That's impressive. I'm trying to do 5-6 days of exercise a week. I have roller derby training Weds and Sun, so am trying to fit in running and exercise classes into that too.

I'd also suggest trying to find an exercise / sport that you're really passionate about. My friend got into pole and she loves it so much and has become so lean from doing something that doesn't feel like hard work. Hi Marcy! I'm a derby girl too. Who do you play for? As for sugar, a banana is fab! Nice and sweet and gives you a boost of energy. I like some fruity yoghurt too. My fave treat is chocolate hobnobs, but I stop myself at two. It satisfies my cravings without making me feel bad.
