I worked out for 1hour and 26 minutes last night and after I was finished I felt great but then all of sudden I felt sick to my stomach. Is that normal? Did I workout to hard? I burned 550 calories, walking and running on the treadmill.

Try to eat more veggies throughout the day and I ate like 8 small pretzels the other day and my hunger cravings went away immediately! I heard Dr. Oz say its because we need more fiber in our diets as well. Give it try! (:

My plan to keep the weight off is to just continue eating healthy AFTER I reach my goal weight. My current weight is 166 and my goal is 130 or maybe even 125! I am very short, kinda petite. You can add me, I am 40 years old and my height is 4"11 and I weigh around 166lbs! My goal is 130. I've got there before and gained it all back but I joined MFP today to help me get there again and stay at 130lbs.
