Getting Started!
Hello everyone! My main reason for getting with My Fitness Pal is that I want to be able to lose the weight and to keep it off! Keeping the weight off seems to have been such a major struggle for me the last few years. I have been like a yo-yo! Hopefully this year I will learn how to just keep the weight off for good! (:
