Getting Started!

Hello everyone! My main reason for getting with My Fitness Pal is that I want to be able to lose the weight and to keep it off! Keeping the weight off seems to have been such a major struggle for me the last few years. I have been like a yo-yo! Hopefully this year I will learn how to just keep the weight off for good! (:

  • I'm coming back after being gone for a year! Yikes. Time to get back on track to a healthier me. Feel free to add me and we can encourage each other on this journey :)
  • My plan to keep the weight off is to just continue eating healthy AFTER I reach my goal weight. My current weight is 166 and my goal is 130 or maybe even 125! I am very short, kinda petite. Alot of times I go back to eating bad once I lose the weight. I think MFP will help me keep it off because your logging everything you eat!
