PB and sunbutter are the two things I can't keep in the house for long. We switched from Smuckers natural to Crazy Richard's, and I love it even more! Super smooth like JIF, but it only has peanuts in it. No palm oils or anything like that. Love the stuff!

I would think it's more important to make sure your form is correct, which can mean less weight. However, it depends on what you're trying to achieve as to whether reps or weight are more important.

People do this without WiFi. They just eat up their mobile data...or stare off into space for 15 minutes between sets, get up, put their coat on the bench and leave, then come bake to sit and zone out some more. That happened this morning...when there was a line for the two flat bench press areas. Ugh.

Ours has WiFi, and we use it. Our workout plan is on an app on our phone, and it requires an Internet connection. I also listen to iheartradio, which requires internet. Kinda nice not to use my mobile data while I workout.

I typically go with the 17 calories. That's about average for a large egg white. Then, you factor in the oil you are using.

WHATTT?!?!?! I thought I was the only one who preferred making chocolate chip cookies without the chocolate chips! So- I love Nutter Butters. I do like the golden birthday cake Oreos, though. My favorite are the golden oreos with the chocolate creme. :)

I had wheat+protein toast, an egg, 3 slices of Great Value bacon (60 calories), a bottle of powerful yogurt mixed with my cinnamon hazelnut iced coffee concentrate.

Its not a bad med, that's for sure. I don't have any bad side effects with it. Just remember to take it with food. It helps with the testosterone. So, hopefully, that can help with your acne and hair loss, too!
