  • I wish I had an answer for you. I have the same issue. I understand your struggles. My issue is with textures of food and vegetables. Only potatoes & corn for me, so I know I'm not getting some of the good nutrients I need. Good thing is I do like fruit but with fruit low carb diets are hard.
