Congratulations! My highest weight is about where you started and I'm 5 pounds away from overweight (and am the same height based on your weight when you crossed over in to overweight). I will be very happy when I to this next milestone.

Sunflower. Good luck with surgery. I have my last recon surgery next week (I had bilateral diep vs implants but still feel I can relate!). Shadow - are you tracking? If not, I would try to get back to doing that. I think seeing what you are eating can kickstart you in to being more mindful.

One more thought. For some people healthy does equate to thin. As a breast cancer survivor, my goal of being at a normal BMI is because fat cells produce estrogen and my cancer was sensitive to estrogen. There are some studies suggesting that a lower BMI supports longer survival times. Otherwise I'm healthy - on no drugs…

Congrats! Can you find someone to walk with after dark -- I try to get out a couple of nights a week with two different friends -- its a great time to catch up with them, and I get my exercise in as well.
