  • did not do too well this week, started this website 5 January at 147, Friday 9 January was down 2 pounds and weighed in at 145, I weighed in this morning and stayed at my current weight of 145, at least I did not gain the 2 lbs back that I had lost the week before. Hopefully the scale will be better to me next week.
  • I am a drinker, I have tried to cut down my drinking to once a week, normally on Saturday. I am newbie and just started MFP on Monday, have not had the opportunity to log any drinks as of yet, but I am sure that will change on Saturday. Cheers

  • I am also looking for friends to help me stay motivated, I am new to this site. In 2008-2009 I lost 25 pounds went from 156 to 131.5 and now I am creeping back up, I am 5' 6 and I now weigh 147, my main goal was to not get above 140, but gradually I have not accomplished that goal, I would like to get my weight back down…
