Holiday weight gain blues

Hi, my name is Norrie, this is my first day with fitness pal, signed up a few minutes ago. I actually heard the name fitness pal on E News, they were airing a special on weight loss and mentioned this website so I thought I would give it a try. My goal is to lose approximately 15 pounds by 1 June 2015 by counting calories and exercising at least 4 times a week. Wish me luck.

    15 Lbs by June should be very easily doable. Just set a reasonable weight of loss goals, log consistently and as accurately as possible and hit your targets.
